But zero in on the way she harnesses that power and translates it into real-world results, and you’ll likely do a double take. Distinguished as one of Charleston’s leading body sculpting and anti-aging skin care centers, The Spa at West Ashley is known for creating a VIP experience for every patient who walks through their door. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she moved to Charleston in November of 2015 establishing her new home here in West Ashley. Jessica graduated from Kennesaw State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Psychology.
Jessica has been working in the medical field for over 16 years and has traveled the country working with numerous offices, including Dermatology. She has a passion for skin health and cosmetics. When she is not at the spa you can find her spending time with her family either at the beach or poolside. Don't worry she's a strong believer in sunscreen!
Briana was born in Denver, Colorado. Her upbringing has always been focused on health and nutrition. After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado, she moved to San Diego, CA to learn about health and overall well being. She studied with many personal trainers and nutritionist that helped her pursue her passion as a Weight Loss Director and Nutritional Counselor. Briana moved to Charleston in September of 2015 and has been an active member of the community. On her days off, she enjoys taking her dog to the beach, water sports and anything outdoors.
Amanda Dantzler has racked up seven years and scores of great faces in her time at The Spa at West Ashley Wellness. She's logged thousands of hours of IPL, Thermage, Titan skin tightening treatments and Cutera's YAG Laser. She is certified by Thermage in “Tummy by Thermage,” “Face by Thermage,” and “Eyes by Thermage,” and she has received their coveted multi specialty “Seal of Approval” designation.
Amanda is THE local expert in skin care. She has extensive training with Obagi, NeoCutis, Nia24 and PCA skin care lines as well as training from Physicians Choice in the use and benefits of facial peels. There is no one better than Amanda to help you put together the best skin care regimen for you, one that actually gets results.
Kelley was born in Ohio but has spent the last 8 years calling Charleston home. Her background is in Emergency Medicine and wellness. Her true passion helping people feel their absolute best inside & outside. Because of this passion she not only offers neurotoxins upstairs with us, but you’ll find her downstairs partnered with West Ashley Wellness - truly making sure people feel their best all around.
Carol is a registered nurse and has practiced for over 18 years. As a Master Injector, she provides clinical training and support to physicians. Her vast knowledge of cosmetic injections has made her one of the most sought-after injectors in the Charleston area.
Carol has been with The Spa at West Ashley Wellness for over 3 years and has truly perfected the art of injectables! She knows which filler to use for the most flattering and natural outcome. She listens and focuses on giving you the results. On her time off, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Marilyn received her nursing degree from The University of Maryland and has been in the field of medical aesthetics for over ten years. She recently moved to Charleston from Maryland, where she owned a full-service spa and salon. Marilyn takes a personalized whole person approach to helping her clients maintain, enhance and restore the healthy glow that comes with looking and feeling their best.
Marilyn specializes in facial rejuvenation treatments through neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She listens to her client’s needs and helps put together a plan that fits their needs.
Marilyn has a conservative approach to enhancing a client’s natural beauty and her goal is not to alter the client’s look by over-treating, but rather rejuvenate and “erase the years” to recreate a younger-looking face.
Marilyn believes that beauty starts on the inside and enjoys designing a skin care regimen and maintenance program that is individualized to her client’s needs. She has advanced training with the following products and procedures: Obagi, Neocutis, Skin Medica, Chemical Peels, Hydrofacial, Microneedling, Cutera Laser, Sciton Laser and more.
With good skin care and maintenance Marilyn believes that everyone can turn back the hands of time! She offers free consultations to listen to your goals and design a plan that fits your needs and budget.
In Marilyn’s free time she enjoys exploring Charleston with her husband and dog Boh, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Natalia Jackson is an advanced Microblading Specialist and Permanent Makeup Artist in the Charleston area. She is committed to providing excellent service to her patients seeking a custom, semi-permanent makeup procedure whether it be Microblading or Ombre eyebrows, Eyelash Enhancements or the new trending Lip Blush!. She is a 2x certified as a Microblading Specialist with advanced training in Ombre and Powder Brows, and 2x certified Permanent Makeup Artists in Eyeliner and Lips.
This last year she also became certified in Paramedical Tattooing. Where she can now help those with Areola 3D Nipple Restoration, and Scar Camouflaging. While also completing certification in Nano Brows, the newest technique for longer-lasting eyebrows! Natalia takes pride in keeping up with the latest techniques in the industry and has taken courses in advanced training by some of the top professionals in both Atlanta and Miami.
Back in 2012, Natalia looked into having her own eyebrows done after many years of drawing them on. Once she realized how having eyebrows made her feel complete, she made up her mind to help others. She has trained and learned from the best professionals in the industry! Her love and passion led her to join the Academy of Advanced Cosmetics as a Brand Ambassador and Trainer for two years before offering private training in Charleston. ``I absolutely love teaching others the art of permanent makeup and boosting others confidence through my artwork!``
Heidi Winchester, RN has joined our team at The Spa at West Ashley as an aesthetic nurse injector. Prior to earning her RN degree and serving as an acute care nurse, Heidi worked in interior design for several years. She is excited to be able to foster that collaborative approach to her work by blending her creativity with her medical expertise.
Heidi uses a natural approach in her work with neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Her highest priorities when it comes to injecting are safety and patient satisfaction.

Chris Miller has been an RN for over 30 years, working in aesthetics for the last 11. Her nursing career encompasses pediatric and neonatal intensive care as well as oncology, vascular access and hospice.
``My favorite anti aging treatment is by far micro needling. I feel that over any other treatment, micro needling addresses not only collagen loss but fine lines and wrinkles, texture issues as well as color and tone of the skin. I recommend micro needling routinely every 3 months to keep collagen producing rather than reducing.
When it comes to injectables, I consider myself a conservative injector. I strive for beautiful natural looking results. In addition to traditional fillers, I love using bio stimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse to promote a natural production of collagen and elastin. Bio stimulators really can turn the clock back and provide so much more than just volume as with traditional fillers.

I am certified in Hydrafacials as well as trained in European facials, dermaplaning, lash lifts, and brow laminations.
